Membership Information

Global Concepts is conducting the annual study to benchmark the operational performance, including check processing and account reconcilement processing, of a consortium of banks with assets in excess of $ 25 billion. This study measures productivity, cost and quality at participating institutions to establish a series of performance benchmarks to compare against the participant's own results.

Participation Fees:

Day One Processing Only (includes one site): $14,000
Day Two Processing Only (includes one site): $14,000
Complete Study, Day One and Day Two Processing
(includes one site): $28,000

Additional Site Options:

The individual functions (Proof and Encoding, Branch Capture, Conventional Item Capture, Image Item Capture, ATM Processing, Exceptions and Returns Processing, Statement Rendering, Research and Adjustments and Account Reconcilement Processing) may be included in the study for additional sites. The fee to include one or more functions for additional sites is $750 per function per each additional site. These options will allow participants to focus on an entire site operation or just particular operations within selected sites.
