Study Deliverables
1. Group Meetings
Global Concepts believes that interaction among participants is one of the keys to
successful benchmarking. Three group meetings
facilitate discussion of the benchmarking study and the underlying operations
(see schedule for more details).
In addition, Global Concepts visits with the management and operations personnel from
each participating bank to present the final results and discuss the participant’s strengths
and specific opportunities for improvement.
2. Written Report

Our written report describes and analyzes each sub-function from the study. Each section of
the report includes:
- Functional Description. A list of the processes or costs analyzed in the target function.
- Significant Findings.
Using statistical analysis tools, we run correlations to determine the
true productivity, quality, and cost drivers behind a product area or
operation. In a narrative, we describe the relationships between these
key-differentiating factors.
- Graphical Results. For the readers' benefit, we provide graphs to illustrate significant study findings.
- Numerical Results. For the benefit of analysts at participant institutions we provide all study data in electronic format.
3. Presentation of Final Results
Global Concepts will present the final results in a group meeting of the study
participants, followed by an on-site meeting with each participant to discuss the
client's specific strengths and opportunities for improvement. The meeting at the
participant’s institution affords senior managers, executives and operational personnel
the opportunity to discuss the findings of the study. At both the group and individual
meetings, Global Concepts will address the drivers of cost and productivity, as well as
issues and environmental factors that impact products and operations. The discussion at
the on-site meetings often serves as the basis for identifying action plans to address
opportunities and exploit strengths in the market place.
