Global Concepts is conducting its study to benchmark the operational performance of Currency and Coin Vault operations of a consortium of banks with assets in excess of $5 billion. This study measures productivity, cost and quality at participating institutions to establish a series of performance benchmarks to compare against the participant's own results.
