The Wholesale Lockbox Study is targeted towards the industry’s 50 largest financial institutions with an emphasis on large wholesale lockbox processing facilities. The Study is designed to provide an end-to-end comparison of wholesale lockbox productivity, unit cost and quality and provide functional comparisons to identify areas of outstanding performance and opportunity among participants.
