Chris Gill - Expert

Chris Gill provides data analysis and subject matter expertise for Global Concepts' benchmarking studies, consulting engagements, and research initiatives. Chris also specializes in computer modeling, analytical expertise, and cost/revenue forecasting to numerous projects, including performance measurement, remote image capture, IRD and image exchange, and payment industry trends.

Chris's particular responsibilities and noted engagements include:

  • Leading the Currency & Coin Vault, ACH, and Wire Benchmarking Studies.
  • Data analysis on the Retail Lockbox, Wholesale Lockbox, and Check Processing Benchmarking Studies.
  • Managing the creation of a branch/ATM capture optimization model.  The model determined within a high accuracy the optimal branches ATMs for the client to convert to image capture and the subsequent savings and costs associated with the conversion.
  • Creating endpoint analyses for numerous clients.  The end result in many cases includes determining optimal partners for image exchange and the subsequent float and back-office savings.
  • Conducting market research and executive interviews to provide various clients subject matter knowledge regarding product development, areas of new business, and competitor market position.
  • Research initiatives involving branch and corporate image capture. Chris conducted executive interviews, formulated cost and benefits analysis to implement distributive capture, and contributed to the final research papers.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Cum Laude.
