Michael Argento - Expert

Since joining the company in 2003, Michael has contributed to Global Concepts’ research and performance measurement studies by developing cost benefit models, performing both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and conducting market research.  


Most recently, Michael has managed Global Concepts’ annual Payments Study.  Part of Global Concepts’ syndicated research program, the Payments Study measures payments processing trends at the largest financial institutions in the U.S.


In additional to his role within research, Michael has been involved in a number of consulting engagements.   Most notably, Michael has provided data analysis and project management support for the Federal Reserve’s Payments Study that measures the U.S. non-cash payments market.


Michael graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, with a B.A. in Economics.
