Evaluation of Electronic Migration Plan: Polish Banking System
Assessed the potential for Poland’s inter-bank payment system and participating financial institutions to migrate to fully electronic clearing and posting. The engagement included a detailed business case comparison of the current payments processing environment with the proposed electronic environment.
 
Electronic Bill Delivery Product and Strategy Analysis
Global Concepts evaluated the current technology platform and service offering of an Electronic Bill Pay and Presentment (EBPP) provider. The engagement included evaluation of the provider’s strategy to offer EBPP as part of an overall Internet services offering to target consumer segments (e.g. seniors, affinity groups, etc.), assessment of EBPP’s fit in the overall business strategy, recommendations on how to differentiate EBPP offering from competitors, and recommended partnership strategies.
