Global Concepts has a long history of providing original research for our clients. The cornerstone of our research practice is the Payments Strategy Research Program. This ongoing, year-long series of research helps clients to understand, predict, and make strategic adjustments for changes in the payments system.

Our research provides objective, independent analysis of industry change. We base our recommendations on survey data from consumers, businesses, and organizations within the industry, such as financial institutions, technology vendors, processors, and other non-bank organizations.
