Global Concepts performs proprietary research studies each year yielding a wealth of information about payments. These studies target the hottest topics in payments each year. In addition to researching the top two to four new developments, issues, or trends in the payments business, Global Concepts also performs research on current issues in Treasury Services and performs a study of payment volumes among the top 100 banks so that we can maintain a deep understanding of how payment volumes are shifting in the industry today.

Besides the proprietary studies performed by the research group within Global Concepts, our Forum managers also perform topical research for each of their meetings.  The research topics vary within each forum themselves, but provide Global Concepts with a great deal of information about trends in payments as they effect areas such as check processing, cash management, receivables management, branch strategies, and emerging payments.
